Genpharmasec Limited has completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Derren Healthcare Private Limited for INR 34.15 Cr.

This strategic move makes Derren Healthcare a subsidiary, significantly expanding Genpharmasec's presence in pharmaceutical formulations manufacturing.

Derren Healthcare is a research-focused company specializing in generics and finished formulations, also operating as a Contract Research Organization (CRO) and CDMO.

Its turnover was approximately 8.59 Cr for FY25, following 6.28 Cr in FY24 and 0.70 Cr in FY23. This acquisition strengthens Genpharmasec's operational scope and market position.
