Aeroflex Neu Limited has completed a preferential issue of 72 lakh fully convertible warrants.

Each warrant is priced at Rs. 90, including a premium of Rs. 80. The company successfully received the 25% upfront payment, totaling Rs. 16.20 Crore, from promoters and other identified non-promoters.

This capital infusion strengthens the company's financial position, with the receipt of funds duly confirmed by statutory auditors.

This move enhances the company's capital base for future growth.
