Pramara Promotions has incorporated a new subsidiary, Pramara Nippon Toycraft Private Limited (PNTPL), acquiring a 70% stake.

This move cost Rs. 0.175 Cr, with PNTPL having an authorized capital of Rs. 0.25 Cr.

The new entity will operate in the manufacturing and marketing of games, toys, recreational, and promotional items.

This strategic expansion aims to boost Pramara's market engagement and geographical reach, signaling a potential broadening of its product categories and revenue streams.

PNTPL is yet to commence business operations.
