Oriental Hotels' shareholders have approved key leadership changes.

Mr. Arvind Singh, an experienced former IAS officer with a strong background in Infrastructure, Tourism, and Finance, has been appointed as an Independent Director for a 5-year term.

His extensive expertise, including prior roles as Secretary of Tourism (GOI) and Chairman of Airports Authority of India, is expected to significantly bolster the board's strategic oversight.

M/s. Alagar & Associates LLP was also appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five financial years.
