Company Update

SG Mart Limited has announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a total income from operations of ₹1,143.77 Cr, showing a slight increase from ₹1,133.61 Cr in the prior year's same quarter.

Net profit after tax for the period grew to ₹32.31 Cr, up from ₹26.27 Cr.

Earnings per share (Basic) also saw an improvement, reaching ₹2.74 compared to ₹2.36 previously.

The Audit Committee reviewed and the Board of Directors approved these results.
