Sunteck Realty has issued a mandatory notice regarding the transfer of unclaimed shares and dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Dividends from FY 2017-18, if unclaimed for seven consecutive years, along with their associated shares, will be transferred to the IEPF after November 1, 2025. This is a routine compliance update ensuring unclaimed assets are moved as per statutory requirements.
