The appeal for a demand of about 0.063 Cr, related to GST reversal disallowance, was rejected, upholding the original order.

Conversely, a demand of roughly 0.021 Cr for Input Tax Credit disallowance was set aside on appeal, resolving that issue.

Additionally, a 0.002 Cr penalty for excess ITC was removed under the GST Amnesty Scheme.

The company stated the upheld demand has no material financial or operational impact and is evaluating further steps.
