The company has announced key changes to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Vinod Kumar Sharma has been appointed as an Additional (Non-Executive, Independent) Director for a 5-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Sharma brings over 33 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked with leading healthcare organizations.

Concurrently, Mr. Kiran Kumar Verma has resigned as an Independent Director due to other professional commitments.

Following these changes, the Board has reconstituted its Audit Committee, with Mr. Sharma joining as a member, and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, where he will serve as Chairperson.
