Deepak Chemtex Limited has announced key changes to its Board of Directors.

The company has appointed Mrs. Daya Amit Bansal and Mr. Manish Kankani as Additional Independent Directors, bringing significant expertise.

Mrs. Bansal, a Chartered Accountant, offers 13 years in audit and tax, while Mr. Kankani, also a CA, has 10 years in auditing and financial advisory, with a focus on NBFCs.

Concurrently, Mr. Gautam Lath and Mrs. Pinki Kedia have completed their terms and ceased to be Independent Directors.

These changes aim to bolster the Board's independent oversight and financial acumen.
