Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts' Board has appointed M/s JCA & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.

The Board also noted the resignation of M/s KPSJ & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors, who cited no issues.

To fill this vacancy, M/s Rawka & Associates has been appointed as Statutory Auditor, subject to shareholder endorsement, holding office until the next Annual General Meeting.

Additionally, the 07th Annual General Meeting is set to be held virtually, and a Scrutinizer for the meeting has been appointed.
