Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts' board has approved the appointment of M/s JCA & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.

The board also accepted the resignation of M/s KPSJ & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors, noting no concerns from the outgoing firm.

Subsequently, M/s Rawka & Associates has been proposed as the new Statutory Auditor to fill the vacancy, also subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, the company has approved the notice for its 7th Annual General Meeting, which will be conducted virtually, and appointed a Scrutinizer for the meeting.
