Coris, an In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) manufacturer specializing in rapid test kits for Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), reported €0.522 Cr revenue for FY24. This strategic acquisition strengthens 3B's global IVD market position, complements its existing product portfolio with rapid testing capabilities, and leverages Coris's R&D and distribution network to expand reach in the critical AMR segment.
