Pan India Corporation Limited has completed the transition of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) to Nivis Corpserve LLP, replacing Abhipra Capital Limited.

The electronic connectivity with depositories, NSDL and CDSL, has successfully moved to the new RTA.

This change means all shareholders and stakeholders should now direct inquiries regarding the company's securities to Nivis Corpserve LLP.

A tripartite agreement confirming this transition will be executed soon.
