Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd (KHIL) has secured a management and operations agreement for a second Orchid-branded hotel in Nashik, Maharashtra.

This strategic expansion adds a 57-room luxury boutique property featuring a banquet hall, pool, health club, and dining.

Expected to be fully operational by March 2026, this move significantly strengthens KHIL's presence in Maharashtra, bringing its total state footprint to ten properties.

The new hotel will cater to both business and leisure travelers in Nashik, a rapidly developing city known as India’s "Wine Capital," underscoring KHIL's focus on expanding its hospitality portfolio.
