Cosmo First's petcare division, Zigly, has acquired 'Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare,' a Bangalore-based veterinary clinic business, via a strategic slump sale.

This move significantly strengthens Zigly's veterinary services and accelerates its growth in the pet healthcare sector.

While the lump-sum consideration for the acquisition remains confidential, Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare reported sales revenue of Rs. 2.23 Cr for FY25. This acquisition aligns with Cosmo First's expansion strategy, enhancing its presence and service offerings in the rapidly growing pet care market.
