The company has announced that its Board of Directors has re-appointed Mr. Mukeshbhai Patel as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term of five years.

This decision, which followed a review by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, is subject to approval by the company's members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Patel holds a Ph.D. in Agriculture and has over 30 years of experience in the agricultural industry, including founding Agriland Biotech Limited.
