Active Infrastructures shareholders approved all six resolutions at the 18th Annual General Meeting.

Key approvals include the adoption of the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and a final dividend of Re.

1 per equity share.

Shareholders also re-appointed Mr. Nitesh Sanklecha as Managing Director and Ms. Asha Sampath as an Independent Director for a second term.

Additionally, M/S. V.K.

Surana & Co. were appointed as Statutory Auditors and CS Riddhita Agrawal as Secretarial Auditor for five-year terms.
