Archean Chemical Industries' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter.
Consolidated revenue for Q1 FY26 rose to ₹292.36 Cr from ₹212.69 Cr year-on-year.
However, consolidated Net Profit after Tax dipped to ₹40.14 Cr from ₹44.84 Cr, with EPS at ₹3.25 (vs ₹3.64). The company continues its strategic investments, allocating up to GBP 15 million in UK-based Clas-SiC Wafer Fab for silicon carbide devices, aiming for India's first SiC production tech exclusivity.
Additionally, it's investing USD 12 million for a 21% stake in US-based Offgrid Energy Labs, focusing on zinc-bromide battery technology for the energy storage market.
