Darjeeling Ropeway Company's board has approved key changes.

It greenlit the proposed appointment of M/s. Sunit M Chhatbar & Co. as the new auditors for five financial years, subject to shareholder approval.

The board also approved moving the company's registered office from Mumbai to Rajkot, pending shareholder consent at the upcoming 88th Annual General Meeting.

This AGM will be held virtually.
