Eco Recycling Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹9.24 Cr, with a net profit of ₹8.09 Cr.

The company also reported receiving ₹2.59 Cr in interim insurance payments against a total claim of ₹4.25 Cr, related to loss of inventory and fittings.

Additionally, the Board, following input from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Brijkishor Soni as Managing Director for five years, effective September 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval.
