Alpex Solar Limited has received a credit rating upgrade from Crisil Ratings for its total bank loan facilities of Rs. 216 Crore.

The long-term rating has been upgraded to 'Crisil BBB/Positive' from 'Crisil BBB-/Stable', and the short-term rating is now 'Crisil A3+', up from 'Crisil A3'. This positive rating action, accompanied by a 'Positive' outlook, generally reflects an improved financial risk profile and enhanced debt servicing capabilities.

Such an upgrade typically leads to a lower cost of borrowing for the company and can boost investor confidence, offering greater strategic room for operations.
