Closure of operations

AIA Engineering has decided to close its Nagpur manufacturing unit effective July 29, 2025. This strategic move aims to enhance productivity, optimize logistics, improve supply chain coordination, and reduce transit costs.

Management assures investors the closure will have no adverse effect on the company's production, business operations, or overall profitability.

The Nagpur unit's turnover of ~Cr 140 in FY24-25 was negligible compared to AIA's consolidated turnover of ~Cr 4,287, underscoring minimal financial impact.
