V-Guard Industries Ltd. has announced a board meeting.
The company approved its financial results for the quarter, reporting a consolidated revenue of ₹1,466.08 Cr and profit of ₹73.85 Cr.
It also allotted 4,500 equity shares under its employee stock option scheme.
A key decision was the in-principle approval for merging its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunflame, a kitchen appliance manufacturer.
Sunflame reported a turnover of ₹254.39 Cr and profit after tax of ₹3.29 Cr in FY24-25. This merger aims to unlock synergies.
Additionally, V-Guard approved its strategic entry into the Lighting Business, aiming to diversify and complement its existing electricals and consumer durables segments.
