Promact Impex Limited has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.

The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders can attend and vote on resolutions through remote e-voting or during the AGM itself via e-voting.

The AGM notice and annual report for 2024-25 are being sent electronically and will be accessible on the company website and stock exchange platforms.
