Gujarat Poly Electronics' board has approved the sale of its Gandhinagar property, comprising land and a factory building, to Tirex Transmission Private Limited for ₹29 Crore.

The company has made arrangements to relocate operations, ensuring the sale will not adversely affect turnover, which is a key positive for shareholders.

Additionally, the board increased the limits for granting loans, making investments, giving guarantees, or providing securities from ₹35 Crore to ₹60 Crore.

An Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be held to seek shareholder consent for these significant decisions, including the property sale.

The company will also temporarily continue using its current registered office premises.
