Jasch Gauging Technologies has completed sending emails to shareholders with the Annual Report and notice for its upcoming 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held virtually via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means.

Shareholders can access documents from the company website or BSE.

Remote e-voting details are in the notice, with a cut-off date for eligibility.

E-voting will be open for a specific period, allowing shareholders to cast their votes remotely.
