Zensar Technologies has formed an irrevocable "Zensar Employees Welfare Trust" to administer its new Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2025. This strategic operational development is designed to attract, retain, and incentivize top talent.

The Trust will acquire company shares, either through subscription or market purchases, and subsequently transfer them to eligible employees under the ESOP program.
