Elpro International has acquired 92,364 equity shares of Arvind Fashions Limited, a speciality retail company, for an investment purpose.

The cash acquisition cost 5 Cr, increasing Elpro's total holding in Arvind Fashions to 295,216 equity shares.

Arvind Fashions, known for its strong portfolio of fashion brands, reported a total turnover of 4,654.48 Cr for FY 2024-25. This strategic investment reflects Elpro's focus on expanding its holdings in leading lifestyle sector companies.
