Le Lavoir Limited's Board of Directors has approved several strategic changes.

The company endorsed the appointment of M/s. Sunit M Chhatbar & Co. as new auditors to fill a vacancy and the re-appointment of Mr. Sachin Kapse as Managing Director, both subject to shareholder approval.

The company will also shift its registered office within Gujarat.

Significantly, the Board approved expanding the business scope by altering its Memorandum of Association to include manufacturing and dealing in various machinery, including laundry machines, and a range of food products like wheat flour and snacks.

These moves aim to diversify operations and enhance future growth.
