Le Lavoir Limited's Board has approved several key strategic initiatives.

They've appointed M/s. Sunit M Chhatbar & Co. as new auditors, ensuring continued financial diligence.

Mr. Sachin Vishnu Kapse's re-appointment as Managing Director was approved, providing leadership stability.

The company will also shift its registered office to Rajkot.

Most significantly, the Board approved expanding the company's business activities by altering its Memorandum of Association.

This will allow the company to venture into manufacturing and dealing with diverse machinery, including laundry equipment, and to enter the food products sector, covering items like wheat flour, edible oils, and snacks.

These changes are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
