Company Update

Vertex Securities' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Significant leadership changes were also announced: Ms. Meera Haridas, an existing Executive Director, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer from August 1. Mr. Venkitesh Iyer joins as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer from August 18. Concurrently, Mr. George Mampillil transitions from CFO and Executive Director to a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director due to health reasons.

The Board also approved the re-appointment of its Secretarial Auditor and appointed Mr. George P. Mathew as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, both pending shareholder approval.
