Saraswati Commercial (India) Ltd. has agreed to invest in Tilaknagar Industries by subscribing to 7,00,000 convertible warrants at Rs. 382 each.

The total investment amounts to Rs. 26.74 Cr.

Each warrant can be converted into one equity share within 18 months, with 25% paid upfront and the remainder on conversion.

As an NBFC, Saraswati Commercial is making this investment as a financial investor, aligning with its core business of investing in shares and securities.
