Garment Mantra Lifestyle has updated the payment schedule for its partly paid-up equity shares.

Shareholders are required to make a first call payment of ₹0.30 per share.

The new payment window is now from Monday, August 4, 2025, until Monday, August 18, 2025. Investors should note that non-payment may result in interest charges or forfeiture of shares.

Trading of the existing partly paid shares is suspended, with new partly paid shares expected to commence trading under a new ISIN within three weeks after the payment deadline.
