Yash Management & Satellite Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting, where shareholders adopted the financial statements for the fiscal year 2024-2025, which received clear reports from both statutory and secretarial auditors.

Significant leadership changes were approved: Mr. Anurag Gupta transitioned from Managing Director to Chairman.

Mr. Yash Gupta was appointed as the new Managing Director for a five-year term, and Mr. Pawan Agrawal joined as an Independent Non-Executive Director for five years.

Additionally, M/s Mukesh Purohit and Company were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
