Company Update

Viksit Engineering's management has officially transitioned to new resolution applicants, Mrs. Ruchika Chaturvedi and Mr. Kushal Chaturvedi, following the successful conclusion of its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) on July 25, 2025. This follows NCLT approval of their resolution plan for a financial debt of ₹1.199 crore.

Concurrently, the company has completed the formal submission of its full audited standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, which reflect a net loss of ₹0.96 crore and carry an unmodified auditor's opinion.

This marks a new operational phase for the company.
