GEECEE Ventures has expanded its investment portfolio by acquiring an additional 15,000 equity shares in Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) for Rs. 1.23 Cr.

This increases GEECEE's total investment in AESL, a key player in power distribution and energy solutions, to Rs. 4.39 Cr.

This holding now represents 0.003% of AESL's paid-up capital.

The acquisition is part of GEECEE's broader investment strategy, diversifying its presence in the energy sector.

AESL reported a turnover of Rs. 1937.75 Cr for FY24-25, highlighting its significant market presence.
