GEECEE Ventures is set to invest Rs. 19.10 Cr in Tilaknagar Industries (TIL), a leading IMFL producer with a strong presence in the breweries & distilleries sector.

GEECEE will acquire 5 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 382 per warrant, which can be converted into equity shares within 18 months.

This strategic move is part of GEECEE's investment activities.

Post-conversion, GEECEE will hold 0.20% in TIL.

For FY24-25, TIL reported a turnover of Rs. 3,174.62 Cr and a Profit After Tax of Rs. 239.43 Cr, highlighting its financial strength.
