Panabyte Technologies is notifying shareholders about unclaimed dividends and associated shares.

If dividends have gone unclaimed for seven or more years, these shares are slated for transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Affected shareholders have until October 20, 2025, to submit their claims for unpaid dividends.

Should these claims not be processed by this deadline, the shares will be transferred to the IEPF on November 2, 2025. Shareholders can still reclaim their holdings directly from the IEPF even after this transfer, ensuring their entitlement remains.
