The company's board has approved several key decisions.

It proposed the appointment of B.M.

Chaturvedi & Co. as Statutory Auditor and HKS & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor, each for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved an increase in authorized share capital.

Ms. Prachi Mishra's resignation as an Independent Director was noted, and Ms. Neha Rastogi was appointed as a new Independent Director.

Mr. Kamesh Sethi's re-appointment as Independent Director for a second term was also proposed.

The AGM is set for August 30, with August 23 as the record date for the previously proposed dividend.
