Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Limited has invested ₹1.25 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Polo Queen Capital Limited (PQCL), by subscribing to new equity shares.

This is the first part of a total planned investment of up to ₹2.50 Cr in PQCL, which is engaged in financial services as an NBFC.

The investment is crucial for PQCL to maintain its minimum Net Owned Fund requirements, ensuring its operational stability.

PQCL's FY25 turnover was approximately ₹1.13 Cr, with a net worth of about ₹5.12 Cr.

Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Limited's shareholding in PQCL remains unchanged, and PQCL continues as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
