SURAJ PRODUCTS LIMITED has announced a board meeting where they approved the financial results for the quarter.

The company reported a total income of ₹80.79 Cr and a net profit of ₹4.59 Cr for the quarter, with earnings per share at ₹4.03. The Board also approved the Directors Report and Corporate Governance Report for the last financial year.

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for September 26, with book closure from September 20-26 for dividend and AGM purposes.

E-voting will occur from September 23-25. The company also fully subscribed to a new foreign subsidiary, which has not yet started operations.
