Meera Industries Limited's board has approved its financial results for the quarter.

The company reported a total income of ₹1.24 Cr, increasing from ₹1.19 Cr in the same period last year.

A key highlight is the shift to profitability, with profit after tax reaching ₹0.018 Cr, significantly up from a loss of ₹0.028 Cr in the prior year's quarter.

This positive change is also visible in earnings per share, which rose to ₹0.04 compared to a loss of ₹0.06 previously.
