Gothi Plascon has announced a board meeting outcome, including the approval of financial results for the quarter.

Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at 0.9176 Cr, down from 1.05 Cr year-on-year, with profit for the period declining to 0.3583 Cr from 0.4720 Cr.

The company's statutory auditor, N.SINGHAL & CO, resigned due to other professional and personal commitments.

The board, on the endorsement of the Audit Committee, has appointed M/s Achha Associates as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term.

Additionally, the 30th Annual General Meeting will be held via video conferencing on September 1, 2025.
