Gothi Plascon (India) Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a net profit of Rs. 0.36 Cr on total income of Rs. 0.92 Cr.

The Board also accepted the resignation of statutory auditor N.SINGHAL & CO., citing their other commitments, and appointed M/s Achha Associates for five years at Rs. 0.015 Cr per annum.

Shareholders should note the 30th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on September 1, 2025, for key approvals.
