Suraj Products Limited has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, SURAJ IRON & STEEL MANUFACTURERS L.L.C.-S.P.C., incorporated in Dubai, UAE.

This new entity is set to operate in the manufacturing of Ferro Alloy and Iron & Steel, including Green Steel, indicating a strategic expansion for the company.

Suraj Products holds 100% of the subsidiary's equity, with a subscribed capital of AED 150,000. While the subsidiary is newly formed and yet to commence operations, this move signifies the company's entry or expansion into the steel manufacturing sector.
