JK Agri Genetics Ltd. has approved the appointment of Shri Pravinchandra Shivaram Dravid as an Independent Director for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

This decision was made by the Board following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Shri Dravid brings over 50 years of extensive experience in the seed and agri-input industries, including agri-business, planning, profitability, sales, marketing, and R&D.
