Transcorp International Limited has allotted 24,900 new equity shares to 7 employees who exercised options under the company's Employee Stock Option Plan 2017. This increases the total number of outstanding shares from 3,19,28,344 to 3,19,53,244, and the paid-up share capital from Rs 6.386 crore to Rs 6.391 crore.

These newly issued shares are subject to a one-year lock-in period.

This move reflects the company's ongoing employee incentive programs, aiming to align employee interests with shareholder value creation, though it results in a minor dilution for existing shareholders.
