USG Tech Solutions has announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Manish Kumar, has resigned from his role due to personal reasons.

He will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel.

His resignation will be formally recorded by the Board of Directors at their upcoming meeting.

The company has begun the process to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer and will inform stakeholders once the new appointment is finalized.
