Netweb Technologies has set August 22, 2025, as the Record Date for its final dividend.

Investors holding shares on this date will be eligible for a Rs. 2.5 per share payout for FY24-25, if approved by shareholders at the upcoming AGM.

The dividend, if declared, is expected to be disbursed by September 29, 2025.
