Stellant Securities has appointed M/s. Ashish O. Lalpuria & Co. as its Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting until the 39th AGM in 2030. This appointment, approved by the Board, is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The new auditor brings over two decades of experience in legal and secretarial matters, including expertise in NCLT and NCLAT.

This move is significant for ensuring robust corporate governance and maintaining strong compliance with regulatory frameworks, which is crucial for investor confidence.
